Cupidify provides digital template rentals that are customized and activated immediately upon successful payment. Because our products are digital goods that are delivered and accessible instantly, we have a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions outlined below.
All purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed and the rental period begins.
2. No Refunds for Digital Products
We do not provide refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the template during the rental period
- Selecting the wrong template or rental duration
- Not being satisfied with the template design or features (which are clearly shown before purchase)
- Technical issues on your end (device, browser, internet connection)
- Forgetting to share the link with the intended recipient
- The recipient not viewing the template during the rental period
- Personal circumstances that prevent you from using the service
- Duplicate purchases made in error (please check your order before purchasing)
3. Limited Exceptions
We may consider a refund request only in the following exceptional circumstances:
3.1 Payment Processing Errors
If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges. You must report this within 48 hours of the transaction.
3.2 Complete Service Failure
If the template was completely inaccessible for the entire rental period due to a technical issue on our end (server downtime, system error), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. This does not include:
- Brief interruptions or maintenance windows
- Issues caused by your internet connection or device
- Third-party service outages beyond our control
3.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account was used without authorization, contact us immediately. We may require you to file a report with relevant authorities.
4. Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for an exception, follow these steps:
- Submit a request within 48 hours of your purchase by emailing cupidifym@gmail.com with:
- Your order ID or email address used for purchase
- Date and time of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
- Wait for review: Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
- Receive our decision: We will notify you of our decision via email.
5. Final Decision Authority
The Cupidify team's decision on all refund requests is final and binding. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a refund request meets our criteria. Our decision is made at our absolute discretion and is not subject to appeal or further review.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you will abide by our refund decision without dispute, legal action, or chargeback attempts.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. If you file a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All active rentals will be terminated without refund
- You may be banned from future purchases
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery
- We may pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees and costs

7. Credit and Alternative Remedies
In some cases where a refund is not appropriate, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
- Store Credit: Credit to be used on future purchases
- Extended Rental Period: Additional time added to your rental
- Template Exchange: Switching to a different template of equal or lesser value
These alternatives are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
8. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Refund amount may be reduced by any payment processing fees incurred
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of service used
9. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Purchases made with promotional codes, discounts, or during special offers:
- Are subject to the same refund policy
- If approved for refund, the refunded amount will be the actual amount paid (after discount)
- Promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be reinstated after use

To avoid the need for a refund, we recommend:
- Preview templates thoroughly before purchasing
- Read all product descriptions and feature lists
- Ensure you understand the rental duration and access period
- Verify your start date and end date before confirming
- Test your device and browser compatibility
